Access Phone Help/Coaching

If you are running and/or developing your own Access database, you may find you need some help from time to time. With our unique phone help/coaching system you can receive the information you need via the telephone in one or more 1½-hr sessions.

File based database

Because Access is a file based database, you can email or upload your database file(s) to us so that we can provide you with relevant help and coaching over the phone.

Your goals

The Friendly phone help/coaching system ensures that each 1½-hr session is relevant to your short and long-term goals. Your goals motivate you to learn. For this reason, Access phone/help coaching is always framed within the context of the outcomes you are striving for.

Interactive learning

With the phone help/coaching system your coach will be able to answer your Access related questions as they arise. Because sessions are interactive, the rate of learning progress will always be appropriate to your level of understanding.

Hands-on sessions

Each session will involve a substantial amount of you being guided verbally by the coach to perform the tasks necessary for achieving the outcomes you desire.
