Because Access is a file based database, you can email or upload your database file(s) to us so that we can provide you with relevant help and coaching over the phone.
The Friendly phone help/coaching system ensures that each 1½-hr session is relevant to your short and long-term goals. Your goals motivate you to learn. For this reason, Access phone/help coaching is always framed within the context of the outcomes you are striving for.
With the phone help/coaching system your coach will be able to answer your Access related questions as they arise. Because sessions are interactive, the rate of learning progress will always be appropriate to your level of understanding.
Each session will involve a substantial amount of you being guided verbally by the coach to perform the tasks necessary for achieving the outcomes you desire.
